Designer/Drafter Position Available
Assists in the design and documentation on a single project, under direct supervision, during all phases of a project. May perform preliminary design tasks including basic space planning/programming material form and studies and color selections. Prepares construction documents, including corrections, through completion of project. Qualifications include: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the field and with AutoCAD; conversant with Microsoft Office.
 
Job Captain Position Available
Responsible for documentation and coordination of work of production staff during Design Development/CD phases, under direct supervision. Implements detailed project staffing assignments, manages subordinate staff, coordinates with consultants, and implements office production standards. Qualifications include: Minimum 3 years U.S. construction document preparation with minimum 2 years experience with AutoCAD; conversant with Microsoft Office.
 
Project Architect Position Available
Responsible for management of several staff on a single complex or multiple projects at various phases of development. Implements staffing assignments, manages project budget and schedule performance; meets with Client; makes project decisions with substantial direction from Project Director or other supervisors. Position is non-exempt and requires: Architectural degree with minimum 5 years experience in the field; expertise in AutoCAD, CAD modeling and rendering; excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
 
Renderer Position Available
Conceptualization of highly realistic virtual environments through advanced 3D modeling, rendering and animation of architectural environments, interiors, and urban landscapes for online venues, prints, multi-media presentations, before/after photomontage rendering, development projects, and urban design stimulations. Work closely with, and take direction from, the Project Manager/Designer assigned to the project. Participate in think-tank sessions where the design team conceptualizes the energy of architecture, considering the most effective way to visually communicate these ideas to other teams and to our clients. Participate in the research and development of new and creative ideas and processes. Must be able to understand, represent, and assist with the development of architectural, interior and landscape design using photograph quality rendering and animations. Must have working knowledge of: photo-realistic lighting, materials, and still-image compositing. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with company employees as well as with clients. Must be adept at multi-tasking, with exceptional organizational skills. Must have prior experience of project coordination. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, handling sensitive information concerning both the Company and its clients. Experience and/or proficiency with the following applications, and any other applicable software our firm may utilize: CADD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop. Architectural background and experience required, Architecture Degree preferred or equivalent degree in graphic presentation/film production. Minimum (2) two years experience.
 
Senior Project Architect
Responsible for management of several teams on complex projects at several different phases of a project. Develops specific task staffing assignments, monitors overall project budget and schedule performance; represents RRC with Client, and makes significant project decisions with limited direction from Project Director or other supervisors. Position is exempt and requires: Architectural degree with minimum 8 years experience in the field; expertise in AutoCAD, CAD modeling and rendering; excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
 
Project Manager
Responsible for management of several teams on complex projects for major or multiple Clients at different phases of development. Develops specific task staffing assignments, monitors overall project budget and schedule performance; represents RRC with Client, and makes significant project decisions with limited direction from Project Director or other supervisors. Position is exempt and requires: Architectural degree with minimum 10 years experience in the field; excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
 
Construction Administrator
Responsible for overseeing construction phase. Qualifications include: Minimum 10 years of architectural construction management in U.S.; conversant with Microsoft Office; familiar with basic construction scheduling considerations; experience with construction phase documentation procedures; DSA/OSHPD experience a plus; excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
 
Designer/Drafter to Senior Designer
Responsible for all phases of Design including space planning and architecture. Position requires: at least 3 years (7 for senior) experience in Design and familiar with all phases and aspects; AutoCAD expertise required, CAD modeling/rendering a plus, previous educational and retail, office or other commercial experience required.
 
Studio Assistant

Must have 3-5 years experience in increasingly responsible administrative duties. Recent experience in the A/E/C industry preferred; must have good verbal and written skills in English, knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.
